Refund Policy

At the Right Hand Co, we value your time and ours. Because our services involve reserving time, planning, researching, coordination, travel, communication, and other performed work specifically on behalf of each client, the following refund and cancellation policies apply.

Refund Policy - SERVICE PAYMENT

Payment for services that have already been completed are non refundable.

Once work on a requested services has begun, any refund will be limited to the portion of services that has not yet been performed when applicable.

Cancellations

Clients are encouraged to provide a 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling a scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours may result in loss of any deposit or service fee associated with he scheduled work.
